Why do we do it?

We help our client's document that not only was an application submitted to the local Federal Reserve agent, i.e. the bank lender, but that at closing before witnesses and notarized before a notary, the promissory note was offered as tender, and was not timely rejected as required by statute. That the Federal Reserve bank local agent acceptance of the promissory note amounted to a tender of the collateral security of the identified by thhe codification of title 12 section 412 of the Federal Reserve act. It is absolutely necessary that there be documentation identifying the tender of the collateral security equal to the total amount of the requested loan application. And that's what we hope our client's document, and we do it because, IT'S THE RIGHT TO DO!

Has there been any success?

This has never been before, In the reason being is because Congress wrote the statute in such a way that the person, the regular person, the layperson would not understand the language. For instance, how many people would understand that they are considered a bank? That's right, only a few, but it becomes more complicated when you see Congress say "any Federal Reserve Bank" because that's a general term act is preceded by what's known as a negative determiner, the word "any", You would have to go through the definitions of the act to find out that when there iss a non-specific determiner or a negative determiner, it applies tto everyone classified as a bank. So success will be measured by those who chooose to fight for their property, as opposed to struggling not realizing that its already paid off.

What is neceessary to get started?

There are 3 things that are absolutely necessary, the first thing you need to do is contact your lender and asked them specifically for a copy of your promissory note. Then you will contact them a 2nd separate tying and you will assess them for a copy of thee original application. Then you will contact them a 3rd time Asking them for a payoff statement, then you will contact us and we will take it from there.

Most people do not understand, they hear things like "you can't get the house for free", "who was going to pay for it". All you have to do is reread the congressional act, and you will see that the property was paid for when the treasury was given permission to do the following:
"gives supreme authority to the Secretary of the Treasury
of the United States to impound all the gold in the United States in the hands of individuals, corporations, or companies..." This is the congressional intent documented on page 80 of the March 9, 1933 Cong. Rec.
